Right, so the file size it produces could prolly be shrunk down, if ran through adobe pro or media encoder. *(without much lose to quality).
Something to consider would be converting it to a .swf *(flash w/loading bar).
That way, regardless the size of your files.. they'll fully load before being played.
If this is something you would like to try out, but do not have the time or software ~ let me know ~ and I'll download whichever one you want tested from your gallery, convert it to a loading .swf and e-mail it back to you or upload it to my scraps.
